Restrictions: No Pets and No Smoking allowed. ask about children. The unit is on the second floor so there are 23 steps and an open stair way at the top.
Required Stay: Minimum 3 nights, Holidays one week min.
Other Fees: Cleaning Fee: $100/stay for 1-2 people, $150/stay for 3-4 people, $200/stay over 4 people.
Cancellation: Full refund up to one month before visiting dates. Cancellation Policy will apply and agreed to via email before confirming.
Deposits: Deposit required to confirm reservation. One night to hold dates. Credit card and a short term lease needed at sign in.
